In short
You sign in to the Createrun Store with your Createrun account (id.createrun.ai), and the Store receives your name, email address and account identifiers from it. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the Store does not store your card number. The Store keeps records of what you acquire, your licences and subscriptions, the instances you register (including the technical details an instance sends when it registers and checks for updates), and the technical logs needed to run and secure the service. Third-party publishers handle any data their apps process under their own terms and privacy policies. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to us.
We also measure visits to createrun.ai and the sign-ups that follow with our own first-party cookie (cr_vid, 13 months, never shared with ad networks); when you create an account from the same browser, the Store links that visit to your account. The Store records your optional survey answers (such as "How did you hear about us?" and why you cancel) and keeps your subscription, invoice and refund history. You can switch our measurement off with "Do not track me" at the bottom of any page on createrun.ai, and we honor Global Privacy Control. Visit records are kept for 25 months, survey answers for 25 months, and billing records as long as the law requires; the full Privacy Policy lists every retention period.
