In short

Using the Createrun Store requires a Createrun account, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe and renew until you cancel; a cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Createrun products are generally non-refundable, and any exception is at Createrun's discretion. Apps from third-party publishers are provided by those publishers under their own terms, including their refund and support policies. Publishers who list apps in the Store also accept the Publisher Agreement. If this summary differs from the documents above, those documents apply.
