Management

Management is the operations console for a Createrun instance. It is the single place where an instance is registered, licensed, kept up to date and handed over to its users — instead of a set of scripts and manual steps.

What it does

• Instance registration — bind the instance to your Createrun Store account through IDM device-flow sign-in, so no Store password is ever typed into the instance. Binding status can be read back at any time.
• Licensing — online activation plus an offline activation path for installations without outbound internet access.
• Marketplace — browse the applications published on the connected Store and see which ones the organization is entitled to.
• Install and update — check for application updates, review the available changes before anything is applied, follow staging progress, then install, upgrade or uninstall.
• Users — complete user onboarding and assign application users.
• Diagnostics — list instance exceptions and download secured diagnostic files for support.
• Configuration — a proxied, read-through view of instance configuration and connected services.

Why it matters

• One console instead of scattered scripts: registration, licence, applications and users in one screen.
• Updates are reviewed, not surprised. Available changes and staging progress are shown before the destructive part of an update runs.
• Device-flow sign-in keeps Store credentials out of the instance and out of configuration files.

Management is published as a private application and is intended for instance administrators.
